This blog came into being a bit unintentionally 😅. Well, not exactly unintentionally, but it wasn’t completely planned either.

I’m Andii, a Primary Education student 👩‍🏫 and I’m currently developing a project about how we communicate difficult topics to children, like illness, loss, or emotionally complex situations. The more I read, observe, and listen, the clearer it becomes that this isn’t an easy topic… but it is very necessary.

Here, I’ll be sharing thoughts, classroom experiences, conversations, doubts, and lessons that arise throughout the process. This isn’t a manual, nor does it aim to provide absolute answers. It’s more of a space to think out loud, make a few mistakes, and learn a lot 🌱.

If anything defines this blog, it’s the idea that educating isn’t just teaching content, it’s also learning how to accompany.

(And, in case any teachers are reading this 😜, it’s also a way to show that I’m not always grumpy!)
